Happy Monday to you! We have more beautiful, luscious yarn choices for you today. Don’t you love Mondays? It’s always fun around here. Just up, you’ll find:
Blue Moon Cloud Nine – We are loving this MCN base from Blue Moon. With 80% Superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere and 10% Nylon, this 4-ply sport weight is perfect for hats, cowls, gloves, scarves and shawls. (Well, it’s perfect for a lot of things, but you’ll want to keep it close to your skin to enjoy it most!) Luscious. Did we tell you that already? We have it in lots of colors for you. Here is the Fractal Danger scarf done in the Happy Canyon colorway.
Tumbleweed Yarn – We have re-stocked (and added new colors) in both the regular self-striping skeins, as well as the kits, which contain the self-striping skein and the solid mini. Diana’s colors are bold and brilliant and knit up into such fun stripes. Use them for socks, hats, gloves and mittens, where the stripes will pop! Socks below done in Sugar Skull with a couple of different patterns. (Details on my Ravelry project page.)
Fibernymph Inversibles – Good news/bad news. This is one of our last orders from Lisa for awhile. That’s the bad news. The good news is she just go married! But that involves moving and re-doing her whole studio dyeing setup when she is able to. Thus the lull next year. So get these while you can. Remember how fun the Inversibles are? You get two skeins, each dyed the opposite of the other. Fun for socks, mittens, gloves, hats, cowls, and more. We knit the socks below in a plain stockinette stitch with ribbing, done in the Peacock Blue/Bright Purple color combo.
HiyaHiya Re-stocks & HiyaHiya Notions – Including circular needles, interchangeables, hooks and DPN’s, as well as Knitter’s Multicolored Safety Pin Markers, Point Protectors, and Stitch Holders. I bought ever-so-many of the colored pin markers this time, since they flew out of here too quickly the last time.
Our last Yarn Update included: Into the Whirled Meridian Sock, The Uncommon Thread Everyday Singles, The Uncommon Thread Lush Worsted, Trekking XXL, Soak, Knerd String, and Rosy Green Wool Cheeky Merino Joy.
