The Monday Update is ready for you and we added in another awesome indie dyer, as well as a new type of yarn from one of your old favorites, and our July exclusive from Blue Moon. Just up, you’ll find:
Knerd String – We’re happy to welcome Knerd String to our Loopy Indie Dyed Lineup. Renee has been one of our favorite indie artisans (Knerd Shop bags) and has now moved into dyeing yarn, and it is stunning. You will love it! We have started with her fingering weight yarn, which comes with a generous 463 yards to the skein. You’ll find these colors are great for combining into two and three colored shawls because they work so well together, but of course the single colors are great for projects, too! We have it in 50 different colors for you.
Blue Moon July Exclusive – This month’s color is called Sumer Afternoon Escape and is based on one of Paul’s best selling photographs, Vintage Bike. Tina took the photo and turned it into a bundle of beauty! We have it in the Socks That Rock bases in Lightweight, Mediumweight, and Heavyweight. My friend Sheryl took our test skein (in Lightweight) and knit up this beautiful pair of socks so you could see how it knit up!
Blue Moon Socks that Rock Lightweight – We have a small order of beautiful colors on the Lightweight base. (It’s small because of an unfortunate postal truck mishap, and it was so sad that we can’t much discuss it. Suffice it to say, we will get the rest of the order at some point in the future. But wow – check out the colors we did get! Here are just two of them, below.)
Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock – Getting in on the Speckles craze, Beth and her team dyed up ten new colorways to tempt us! Shepherd Sock is 80% Superwash Merino and 20% Nylon and comes with 430 yards to the skein. You’ll have fun watching the speckles pop up in your knitting.
We also re-stocked the ChiaoGoo needles for you.
Have fun shopping through the new things, and we’ll get your orders right out!
