Meadowcroft, Knerd Shop and Born to Knit

The Monday Yarn Update is ready for you! Today we added in:

Meadowcroft’s new Cross Creek Sock base. You loved the Rockshelter Sock (100% Superwash Merino) when we put it up. For those of you who also like a little nylon in your sock yarn, we have their brand new Cross Creek Sock base. This fingering weight is 75% superwash Merino and 25% Nylon and feels wonderfully soft. Great for socks, as well as shawls, cowls, hats and scarves, and it comes with a generous 468 yards to the skein. Pattern suggestions: Spatterdash Wristwarmers, Show-off Stranded Socks, Broken Seed Stitch, Clockwork, Harvest Dew, and Sonnentau. Shown below in Tridacna and Black Opal.

Knerd Shop bags – both re-stocks and new styles. Not only are these great for carrying your projects (or books, or ipads), but they’re also a fun way to advertise that you are a knitter. (Or, you know, to warn people ….)

Born to Knit – new patterns from Johanne. These patterns are fun to knit and really showcase your yarn colors. All available via pdf. Shown below in the Karin Cowl and Leftover Hat.

Have fun shopping through the new things (new yarn plus new bag plus new pattern?) and we’ll get your orders shipped right out.

P.S. Did you catch the Camp Loopy Photo Contest on Friday’s blog? We want to see your “wild” animals!
