We have more beautiful Qing Fibre for you today. Have you tried it yet? The color mixes are so fun and when you knit or crochet something with lots of colors, it means that you can wear it with lots of colors!
Need some pattern suggestions? How about:
So Faded
Smock It
Shusui Shrug
Zweig
Close to You
Reyna
Other patterns that caught my eye this week:
Orion (with Malabrigo Rios or Uncommon Thread Lush Worsted)
Phoenix Lament Hat (with Hedgehog Merino DK)
Ninilchik Swoncho (with Uncommon Thread DK or Knerd Sport)
The World’s Simplest Mittens (with Cascade 220 Superwash)
Midterm Mittens and Midterm Tam (with Knerd Fingering)
Teroldego (with Magpie Swanky Sock)
Congratulations to Denise Summerford and Nancy Colwell for winning books in last week’s Monday Blog Contest! Please email us (support@theloopyewe.com) with your address so we can get these shipped off to you.
Today’s book giveaway includes these two books. Leave a comment to enter. Today’s question – last week we talked about favorite fall foods. How about your favorite fall drink? Mine would be either a Mocha or Hot Chocolate. (See the chocolate theme there?) Also, indicate your book preference, if you have one.
Let us know if we can send you some Qing Fibre (and anything else that needs to go along on the ride to your home) and we’ll get your orders right out!

Hot apple cider!
(And my preference would be the sock book, if I should be so lucky!)
Love that French Girl book! Hmm, can’t beat a hot toddy in the fall! A little brandy, hot water and a bit of honey and cinnamon is my favorite way! 🙂 Good for what ails ya.
Hot chocolate! French Girl Knits Accessories.
Hot spiced apple cider! Knitting Socks would be my choice. Thanks!
Wassail!! I would like the sock book, if I happen to be lucky!
Black tea, as always! And I’d love to have the sock book.
I like red wine year round but it seems extra nice in the fall–same with chai tea!
I’d prefer French Girl Knits.
LOVE all the new yarns! TLE never disappoints.
Favorite Fall drink: I was a snob about it for soooooo long but finally gave in and tasted and now I’m a total convert to Pumpkin Spiced Latte!
And I have no book preference – they both look wonderful!
Hot tea with milk and sugar! The sock book please!
Definitely coffee with extra nutmeg.
I love chai tea in the fall, warm and spicy!
I’m definitely team Mocha!!!
Would love either book but especially the sock book since that is 90% of what I make.
I love the Starbucks salted caramel mochas – at least until gingerbread lattes & eggnog lattes come along!
I’d love the “French Girl Knits” book – thanks for the chance!
Apple Cider is my fav.
And I’m all about the sock knitting so the sock book would be awesome.
Hot cider with a shot of rum always hits the spot in the fall. The French girl knits would be my preference if I were to win the book!
My favorite fall drink is mulled cider. So yummy when waiting for the rain (which is California doesn’t happen often enough).
I’d love some Qing Fibre, but you already killed my budget last month, so my bunnies are reminding me they need food more than I need more yarn – though that’s debatable. LOL
I’d love the French Girl book if I’m lucky enough to win.
Fall drink is definitely pumpkin spice latte! Every fall, I can’t wait til Starbucks has it available.
My preference is the sock book. Can’t ever have enough sock books and patterns!
Hot Chocolate!! I would like the French Girl Knits Assessories
Happy Fall
My favorite is hot chocolate! Isn’t everyone’s hot chocolate???
I’d love the French Girl Knits book!
Thank you for being so generous.
My favorite fall drink is spice filled hot tea with milk at anytime of the day or night. Chai is warming.
Socks! Please.
Favorite fall drink? I think hot spiced cider! It’s so hard to find though, especially in California.
Hi, my fall beverage of choice would be wine (but is also my favorite for winter, spring and summer too) 🙂
Apple cider would be my favorite fall drink. I almost picked hot chocolate but that is more of a winter drink for me.
Peppermint mocha is my favorite!
I think I would prefer the sock book, but I’ll take either.
Hot chocolate and hot cider! I would love the sock book!
Apple Cinnamon tea warms my soul every time.
Would have to be hot chocolate.
Hot apple cider! Either book would be lively.
Thank you
Hot chocolate is my favorite fall drink.
I love hot chocolate! And if I was lucky enough to win, I would like Knitting Socks with Handpainted Yarn.
I love hot chai in the fall. The flavors are so warming!
Hot Apple Cider with a splash of fireball 🙂
Southern Comfort in ginger ale with a little lime. Warms me up nicely. I’d choose the sock book!
Vanilla latte!!!!
Irish Coffee, a rare indulgence or Kalua laced coffee. The sock knitting book would be my preference.
Peppermint mochas are my favorite!
My favorite fall drink is an Americano. It also happes to be my favorite winter, spring and summer drink 🙂
If I were lucky enough to win, I would prefer the French Girl Knits book.
I love chai latte…yummy! French Gril would be my preference, please.
Pumpkin spice latte!
No preference, both books look very interesting.
Mulled hot cider. But not chocolate is a close second. My book choice would be socks. They are my passion?
Hot Chocolate here! I’d love the French Girl Knits
My favorite fall drink is mulled apple cider- the spicier the better. The scent of the spices permeating through the house takes me back decades to my grandparents’ gift shop, where they would serve it to customers during the holidays.
Some nice mulled wine would be lovely! And I think it would go great with the French Girl knit book 😉
Has to be hot cider with a cinnamon stick.
French girl knits please
Love Hot Chocolate with whipped cream. So decadent. French girl knits accessories looks interesting. Thank you for the giveaway.
I’m with you on the mocha or hot chocolate! Or a nice hot cider – no pumpkin spice for me, it’s apple cinnamon all the way! 🙂 Tough choice on the books… I think I’d have to go with the sock one!
Mulled Cider is my favorite fall drink! I would love to have French Girl Knits, please and thank you!
Definitely Apple cider, hot or cold!
I love Pumpkin Spiced Latte 🙂
My current favorite fall drink is a Virgin Moscow/Russian mule (although a good friend assures me it is even better with the vodka). Apple cider, ginger beer, topped with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
If I were to win either book would be wonderful.
