JulieSpins, Malabrigo, Blue Moon Exclusive and More

Happy Spring! We have gorgeous spring colors from JulieSpins up in today’s update for you, as well as colors for all seasons in other lines. Lots of color today! We just added in:

JulieSpins MCN Aran – A new weight and base from Julie, that we know you will love! This 3-ply aran weight yarn is a beautiful and quick option for hats, scarves, baby sweaters, cowls, and mittens. The base is 80% Superwash Merino, 10% Chasmere and 10% Nylon and comes in Julie’s wonderful colors (which she seldom repeats, so buy it when you see it!).

Spud and Chloe Fine
– Fingering weight yarn that is 80% Superwash Merino and 20% Silk, with 248 yards to the skein. It’s great for socks (you’ll need 2 skeins) and shawls (where the silk adds just a tiny bit of sheen) and shows patterns beautifully.

Spud and Chloe Outer
– Super Bulky, super soft, very quick to knit. The base is 65% Superwash Merino and 35% Cotton, so it’s cozy and delightful but not as hot as it would be if it were all wool. Try it for cowls, hats, scarves and blankets.

Spud and Chloe Sweater
– Worsted weight, with 55% Superwash Merino and 45% Organic Cotton. This is my go-to choice for baby items, but also great for adult sweaters and blankets!

Blue Sky Fibers Woolstok
– One of our newer yarns, this worsted weight skeins is 100% Fne Highland Wool and knits up quick and easy.

Blue Sky Fibers Worsted Cotton
– Are you thinking about summer sweaters yet? If so, you’ll love this wosted weight 100% Organic Cotton base that comes in lots of colors. Also great for baby items.

Blue Sky Fibers Extra
– This is one of my favorite aran weight yarns, because it feels so wonderful. 55% Baby Alpaca and 45% Fine Merino, with 218 yards to the skein. I used it for a large and luscious cowl, but it’s also fun for sweaters, capes, scarves, hats and more.

Blue Moon Fiber Arts March Exclusive Color: Crackle Crackle Pop.
We had fun with this March colorway, and of course Tina and her team did a wonderful job interpreting the photo and making it into a beautiful colorway for us.It also reminds me of sand and sea (clouds, beach browns, sea teals and grays and greens and blues). I love it. We have it in Socks that Rock Light, Medium and Heavy. Elf Julia knit her heavyweight skein up into a pretty cowl (Slipping Through the Cracks done in one skein of Heavyweight.)

Malabrigo Caracol This yarn always reminds me of stained glass. Quick and fun to knit and it comes in so many beautiful colors.

Our last Yarn Update included: Western Sky Knits Aspen Sock with Nylon, Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Worsted, Rosy Green Wool, Hinza Totes and 1818 Farms.

Have fun shopping through the new things, and we’ll get your orders right out! (99% of orders placed by 2 pm Mountain Time ship same-day. We’re on a mission to get your orders out FAST!)
