Cozy Cowl (and More Loopy Shenanigans)

I thought my first finished project would be socks, but I stopped those mid-way through and made this cozy cowl instead! Now I’ll go back to the socks. This cowl is a simple K2, P2 rib (cast on 240 stitches) and then knit until three balls of Blue Sky Worsted Hand Dyes are used up. I hung it over a bar to dry so it would stretch a little longer. You could dry it flat for a more scrunched up, thicker version. I used the red color, because that’s always cheerful in the winter. So warm around the neck during this cold winter!

Here are a few more Loopy sightings, as we wait for Loopy Academy Second Semester projects to be announced:

Denise has him checking out her knitting swatches:

Chris has him trying to figure out how to spin:

And Christine has him working on his own Loopy Academy scarf on the beach in Australia:

I’m not sure he’ll want to buckle down and get back to school. He’s having way too much fun out there with all of you!
