Pattern ideas: Fino Circle Scarf, Martine Hat, Churros, Cesta Cowl, and Maluka. Shown below in Amethyst Earring and Pocketwatch.
Manos del Uruguay Alegria – A fingering weight yarn that is 75% Superwash Merino and 25% Polyamid, making it great for hard-wearing socks, but also fun for shawls, wraps and scarves. Each skein comes with 445 yards. Pattern ideas: Hitchhiker, Brickless, Simple Skyp Socks, Favorite Ever Scarf, and Scylla. Shown below in Botanico and Columbina.
ShibuiKnits Maai – A new yarn from Shibui, this was one of the yarns that we added to our Loopy Fall Fling goodie bags (which had the attendees asking for more!) This DK weight yarn is 70% Superbaby Alpaca and 30% Fine Merino, done up in a springy chainette construction which allows the yarn to bloom for lightweight softness. (Click on the photo to see it up close.) Pattern ideas: M-1, Arbutus, Hediye, Honey Hat, and Zaggy Cowl. Shown below in Trail and Tar.
ShibuiKnits Baby Alpaca DK – Another wonderful DK weight yarn from Shibui, this one is 100% Baby Alpaca and comes 255 yards to the skein. Soft and warm, it’s great for scarves, hats, mittens and wraps. Pattern ideas: Cabled Rib Wrap, Piega, Elizabeth, Geometry Segment, Pasha and Ptarmigan. Shown below in Rust and Ash.
ShibuiKnits Pebble – This laceweight yarn is 48% Silk, 36% Wool, and 16% Cashmere. Doesn’t that sound wonderful? You’ll like it for sweaters and tanks, wraps and shawls, cowls and hats. Pattern ideas: Pebble Peak Hat, and Scarf, Multigrain, Pebble Parallelograms, and Strata. Shown below in Ivory and Suit.
Bungalow 360 Bags – Do you have one of these bags yet? It seems like so many of our local customers walk into the shop with one on their shoulder! That’s because they are so ding dang cute. 🙂 We’ve re-stocked the styles/designs we were out of, in addition to adding in Travel Bags in Walrus and Shark, Messenger Bags in Walrus and Shark, and Pocket Bags in Shark. I’m using a Sea Otter bag for projects, a Pig Messenger Bag for carrying things to and from work, and a Hippo Travel Bag for Pilates. I love these bags. Shown below in the Hippo Travel and Pig Messenger. Don’t you need one?
Twentyseven27 Soap – This will be our last batch of this soap for awhile, as Keri takes a bit of a family break. We will definitely have more if and when she gets back to her soap making! All of these soaps are made here in Fort Collins, CO and are all natural, phthalate free, sodium lauryl sulphate free, paraben free, and gluten free. Ingredients include goat milk, olive oil, and coconut oil. If this is one of your favorites, get it while we have it. Shown below in Almond Poppyseed and Chai.
Have fun shopping through the new things, and we’ll get your orders packed up and shipped right out!
Sheri and The Loopy Ewe Crew
I love my Bungalow Pocket Bag I got while shopping during Fling! It is my go-to project bag because I can carry just about any project up to 5 skeins worth! The pockets are very handy and allow me to bring along a bottle of water, a snack and a book separate from my knitting. They are very well made too. Sheri, you pick the nicest things for us to use.
So glad you like it! I love my Bungalow Bags, too. So far I have the Travel Bag and the Messenger Bag. Now I think I need a Pocket one as well!
