Luxury Yarn for Gift Knitting

Happy Monday to you! It’s going to be a WEEK, isn’t it? Lots going on in the world. Would a Loopy Box of Fun help? Because I’m pretty sure it would. 😉

Since it’s November, the gift knitting needs to ramp up in my house. I was really happy to get another order of Juliespin’s gorgeous Cashmere Silk Lace this week, because it’s the perfect little skein of luxury yarn, and your gift recipients will love anything knit up out of it. Plus – you get the joy of knitting with it!

Here are some Ravelry patterns that would work well with it:

My Softer Side by Jennifer Weissman (the sweetest little shoulder-warmer)

Feather and Fan Short Scarf by Firefly Knit (I’ve always loved the Feather and Fan pattern)

Gorges Cowl by Laura Nelkin (looks like you could get two from one skein)

Pretty Thing by Stephanie Pearl-McPhee (also two from one skein, one for you and one for a friend)

Simple Sock 1 by Melody Hoffman (I’d only wear lace socks to bed, and wouldn’t these be beautiful?)

Racing Raindrops by Churchmouse (warm, with a beautiful drape to it)

Luxury Yarn, JulieSpins, The Loopy Ewe

Need luxury yarn that is just as luscious, but a little heavier? Try The Fibre Co Road to China Light!

From Dream in Color,  we added in our November Exclusive Cranberry Cocktail in Smooshy with Cashmere and City, and the November 2020 Pop-Up skein. (And it’s probably because all I want to do is knit with bright colors, but I think those two colors would be so fun together in a two color shawl!)

Hang in there, stay safe, and watch for beautiful colors in your Loopy Box of Fun later this week!
