We have two more new yarn bases for you this week, that we’re really excited about! Check out the new lines, plus re-stocks and pattern ideas below.
Malabrigo Caprino – You’ll love Malabrigo’s newest line! This DK weight yarn is 80% Merino Wool and 20% Cashmere, dyed up in Malabrigo’s gorgeous colors. Each skein has 159 yards. Try this for mitts, cowls, scarves, hats, and sweaters.

The Fibre Co Lore – Named as an hommage to the stories we create with wool. This woolen spun DK weight is 100% lamsbwool from the Romney sheep breed. Woolen spun yarn is especially warm, as it traps air in the fibers for insulation. Each skein has 273 yards. Try this for sweaters, vests, and warm shawls.

Also in:
The Fibre Co Luma – If you’re ready for some spring and summer knitting, give Luma a try! This DK weight yarn is 50% wool, 25% Cotton, 15% Linen and 10% Silk and comes 137 yards to the skein. Perfect for layering tees and tanks.

The Fibre Co Road to China Light – Have you felt this yarn? If not, you might just order a skein for petting. This sport weight yarn is 65% Baby Alpaca, 15% Silk, 10% Camel and 10% Cashmere. (I know!) So soft and luxurious. After you’ve made something for yourself, you might want to make something for your dearest friend. It’s one of those yarns that make everyone say, “Ooohhhh…..”

The Fibre Co Tundra – Another soft and luxurious yarn in a Bulky weight. This yarn is 60% Baby Alpaca, 30% Merino Wool, and 10% Silk, with 120 yards per skein. Use it for your warmest hats, cowls, mittens and scarves.

Stonehedge Fiber Mill Shepherd’s Wool – Made from wonderfully soft Merino, this wosted spun yarn is wonderful for sweaters and gives great stitch definition. 100% wool, with 250 yards per skein.

Dream in Color’s January Pop Up Skein – This month’s color was inspired by lit-up ice castles that glow from the inside and light up the purples and blues of the ice. This fingering weight yarn is 70% Superwash Merino, 20% Cashmere and 10% Nylon.
