Hedgehog Fibres, Uncommon Thread, Stonehedge and More!

Happy Monday! Our trees are blooming, our lilacs have leaves budding, and we’re sneezing. How about you? (Still a happy time – even with the sneezing.) And we also have beautiful yarn for you today in the Monday Update. We just added in:

Hedgehog Fibres Merino Singles Worsted – This single-ply worsted is quick quick quick to knit! You’ll love it for warm hats, scarves, cowls, mitts and wraps. It’s also great for gift knitting, because (did we mention?) it knits up quick!

Hedgehog Fibres Sock
– Always popular Hedgehog Fibres Sock has been re-stocked! You’ll find their signature speckles on some colorways, as well as their intense solid color mixes on others. It’s hard to pick just one.

The Uncommon Thread Lush Worsted
– With this base you get luxury (80% Superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere and 10% Nylon) and beautiful colors, all in one. This might quickly become your favorite go-to yarn for sweaters and warm shawls.

The Uncommon Thread Merino DK
– A gorgeous base yarn in Ce’s dynamic colors! Great for sweaters – it shows stitch definition so well – but also fun for smaller projects like hats and cowls and mitts.

The Uncommon Thread Posh Fingering
– We like the bit of silk mixed with cashmere, and added to BFL wool in this yarn base. Unique, luscious, and with a bit of shimmer. Use it for socks and shawls, hats and cowls, scarves and sweaters, mittens and gloves. (Ok – use it for pretty much everything!)

The Uncommon Thread Everyday Singles
– This single-ply yarn is 100% Merino Wool and is fun to work with. You’ll love the way it knits up and blocks out, making it ideal for shawls and scarves and cowls.

Stonehedge Fibers Shepherd Worsted
– Designed and spun by Stonehedge Fiber Mill, this worsted weight is made from a wonderful soft merino top and is worsted spun. That means it gives great definition for intricate patterns such as cables and other textures stitches.

Dream in Color’s April Kit
– designed to go along with Joji Locatelli’s Amazing Day pattern (available on Ravelry), this kit contains Smoosh with Cashmere in 1 full 400 yd skein and 6 mini gradient skeins. Smooshy with Cashmere is 70% Superwash Merino, 20% Cashmere and 10% Nylon – lovely to work with.

Our last Yarn Update included:
Dream in Color Loopy Legends, The Fibre Company Luma, Canopy Fingering, Canopy Worsted, Tundra, Cumbria and Road to China Light, Universal Bamboo Pop and Cotton Supreme, and our February Warm Woolies kit extras.

Have fun shopping through the new things, and we’ll get your orders right out!
